The National Authority for Probity, Prevention and Fight against Corruption (INPPLC) is pleased to announce a call for applications for an intensive training program on probity, prevention and the fight against corruption, as well as on methodologies for the drafting of policy and research papers.

The program is intended for researchers, PhD students, professionals and individuals interested in probity and public policy issues. It also aims to provide participants with the necessary tools for developing an initial policy paper or a draft research paper, based on the available data as well as reliable national and international sources. The program ultimately seeks to contribute to enriching public debate and to the issuance of recommendations for decision-makers.

To apply, applicants must submit one of the following:

• A policy paper proposal, between 1500 and 2500 words;

or

• A draft research paper, between 4000 and 6000 words, excluding footnotes and references.

The proposals, together with a short resume, should be submitted by email to [email protected]. A total of 12 participants will be shortlisted for the program.

• Release of the selected participants: September 18, 2026

• In-person training program: 5–9 October 2026

• Accepted languages: Arabic, French or English
